I just got back from seeing Mom for the first time tonight. My brother was with her at noon and I stayed home and was lazy. He just called me and said she was not acting right. I told him that she was not acting right tonight either. Just doing some strange stuff....not normal...and not understanding much of anything. She was tired, so I got them in there to put her to bed and I was home by 7. Highly unusual! Don't know what is going on with her.

Did you have them check her blood sugar? Even if she isn't diabetic , that is a possibility.
You would be surprised what low or high blood sugar will do to a person.
May have been another stroke, that happens too.
Dehydration isn't apparent to the naked eye .
You guys should talk to her doctor at the facility or have one of the nurses talk to him relaying your concerns.
Her potassium may be off.
They will probably do bloodwork to check all her levels.
