For the locals...

Yesterday, I went to the new Avocado California Roll Sushi restaurant in Bossier over in the Target shopping center. I had some smoked salmon sushi and lettuce wraps and both were excellent. Just looked it up and they have a website, but the Bossier location isn't listed yet. Most of them are in the Dallas area. I was there at lunch and they were not crowded, but had a reasonable business.

You should have gone into Target while you were there and bought some Octoberfest! I think I left a few...

The Target in Bossier is not a Super Target....no grocery or BEER!

I don't know why in the world they did not make it a Super Target. Someone will make a fortune when they open a super grocery in North Bossier.

Jim I totally agree with you. Really dumb move, but I did hear somewhere that they were going to go back and make it into a super Target.
