Sorry, Peeps....I can't help it!

I am getting better at this and I am pretty proud of this one. Fresh peaches turned into a cobbler again. I don't need this, but I enjoy making a cobbler once in a while...mostly when the fruit is fresh picked and not frozen.

Very simple...cook some fruit, splenda blend and water on top of stove. I don't measure. Cut up some flour tortillas and stick down in the juice..cook until they are soft. Use a small can of crescent roll dough for the top.Sprinkle some sugar (splenda) over top, some cinnamon and some butter. Cook in oven until top is browned.
