This is a picture of trucks waiting to be dispatched in my former home town of Orange, Texas. I guess they learned a lot from Rita because it didn't look like this after Rita.

Yeah..the picture that I remember from Katrina was the flooded school buses that should have been used to get the folks in New Orleans out of harms way
